The people that I have spoken with to get a new piece of furniture replaced they were very helpful and a new piece was available in 2 days.
I have shopped at Bernie and Phyls many times. Always friendly, knowledgeable staff. They sell a good product st s fair price.
Very happy with our selection of sofa and love seat. Working with Tammy Ross was a pleasure. She understood our design preferences and guided us through complimenting color schemes in our newly renovated room. We loved that she was not pushy and thank her for her professionalism as well as her enthusiasm!!
