The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy. The delivery of our mattress and platform was handled extremely well. We were keep informed of the process. After receiving the mattress, we decided after 4 weeks that it was too firm so we asked for a comfort exchange. The exchange was handled with ease and we are now much more comfortable with our new mattress. We are satisfied first time customers. .
