My wife and I had shopped for a mattress the day before at the "leading" big box furniture store and had felt like we were on a factory conveyor belt with our sales person not taking an interest in addressing our questions adequately. I went to the Nashua store and bought a mattress; had it delivered; 3 weeks in I new it was just too soft; was able to go back and get another mattress. I do feel they should waive the delivery fee but other than that no problems; excellent customer service
