I haven't checked the website, but the service at Bernie & Phyls was excellent, including the sales gal who helped me (I think Marianne??) and also the delivery and bed setup.
Had a very positive experience at your store. The customer service rep I dealt with (Jena in Nashua) couldn't have been more helpful and professional. My salesperson (Chris in Nashua) was excellent also. Would recommend Bernie & Phyl's
