Everything went smoothly - from choosing my furniture - the buying process, and especially the delivery and removal of old furniture - on time and courteous.
Excellent service
I would give the saleswoman at Bernie and Phyls 5 stars. My husband and I were free to roam around the store and look at all the furniture and then when we had questions the saleswoman answered them. She showed us a multitude of fabrics, one of which I selected for my new sofa and pillows and then she directed us to rugs that would complete the look of the room I was trying to create. Everything was very easy..
Service is good- no high pressure sales pitch. Knowledgeable about mattresses and differences between models. Free local delivery and free removal of old bedding is a great value!
