Excellent service.
We LOVE Bernie and Phyl's Westboro store. This is the only furniture store we even go to (and we've been doing a LOT of remodeling lately). It's big enough to have a great selection and small enough so it's not overwhelming. They stand behind their products, the sales people are helpful but not pushy and customer service couldn't be better.
It was my first time shopping at Bernie&Phyl's and it was a great experience, the staff was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about their furniture... I wouldn't have any problem with recommending my family and friends to shop there...
