Jim I was salesman was very knowledgeable also accommodating. We were a little disappointed to find out that Bernie and Phyl's stopped the free delivery service.
Excellent, from the salesperson Gayle to the mattress saleswoman, Maryanne, who was extremely helpful. The delivery men were professional, exactly on time and also helpful and courteous.
Our salesperson was so patient with us, taking the time to figure out the possible configurations for our sectional and not being exasperated with us when we asked to see fabrics on the showroom floor OR when there was nearly a mixup with the final fabric choice at the end. It was a great experience, they were nice to our children and while we haven't received the furniture yet to speak to the delivery/final piece, the sales portion of the experience was great. Thanks so much for all the help!

The salesman spent all the time I needed with me to pick out a new couch. I had very particular wants/needs with a baby and two dogs as well as a difficult size room. Very happy with my purchase.

The web site showed there were “Outlets,” yet I found no addresses so I called. My call was routed to the Nashua store. A helpful woman there explained that the outlets are inside the stores, some larger than others. We chose to shop Raynham because of proximity. I reviewed the offerings on the web and found a few sofa options that met our size needs. Once at the store, we were offered assistance as well as the freedom to be on our own.
