We were not pressured. Sales person was knowledgeable. Plus family has bought stuff there and happy with product and still going strong.
We are very happy with our experience with Bernie and Phyls. The customer support at the store was excellent. The representative we saw there was very helpful. The delivery was early and the process was quick and easy. The furniture is great.
