I was looking to purchase a sofa and had planned to visit three stores. Bernie and Phyls was my first stop. I did purchase as I found exactly what I wanted and cane in below the budget I set. No pressure sales and easy check out. Sofa was delivered four days after purchasing. I will be shopping there again
I loved that the salespeople let me browse without hovering. When I had questions they were there to answer them. Very relaxed pleasant experience.
The interior designer we worked with was knowledgeable, professional and supportive. With no “salesman pressure” helped us chose the pieces that best met our needs.
