The delivery gentleman with both pieces of furniture were awesome. They moved furniture out of the way, put it exactly where I wanted it and even put the box springs and mattress on the bed frame they just delivered so I didn't need to struggle. The two salesmen I worked with were equally as good. Giving me measurements, differences in the brands, warranty information and listened to what I wanted. They didn't push anything. This is the second mattress I've purchased from B&P. First one from the Nashua store. I've made other purchases at the Nashua store since that first mattress purchase. Every time it's been a great experience. Friendly people who know the products you sell makes things easier. For the latest purchase, I was first shown one mattress that has a top I didn't care for (too soft) and a price I wasn't enthused with. We are relatively new customers of Bernie and Phyls. We made our first purchase, a sectional, in August. We were happy with all aspects of the experience - price point, quality, service, financing and delivery. We just returned this past weekend to purchase a recliner. We will remain Bernie and Phyls customers going forward!
I loved Bernie&Phyl's . My one concern is that you have to pay by department and for paying all at once for the things you bought.
Kim was extremely helpful and available, spent a long time helping us figure out what we wanted and we really valued her experience as a designer as she offered us guidance in making our choice and suggesting matching colors.
Susan was great, showed me many options for dining room sets. The delivery went perfectly, do damage to my home or the new table even though I have a precarious entrance. Very happy overall.
