I went in with a a screenshot of my Bernie & Phyl's shopping cart, wanting to see the furniture in person before I bought. I was grateful that right away someone asked if they could help me, which doesn't always happen in some stores. The sales associate Steve, with unfailing good cheer and helpfulness, made something like 6 laps around the store with me while I tried to figure out what I actually wanted. A great experience, will definitely visit again.Â
