My experience with Bernie & Phyls was awesome. I was very satisfied dresser & bed. the guys who delivered the furniture was very knowledgeable with their work and very efficent. When I need more furniture I will go back to Bernie & Phyls.
Have not recieved the furniture yet but CC the sale associate was extremely helpful and made it a pleasant shopping experience.

I didn’t shop on line.... I shopped in your So Portland, ME store!!! Your staff, from Susan the sales associate to both the ladies who finalized my purchase with financing was exceptional!! Susan and the girls helped my husband and I purchase a glider/recliner for my daughter who’s expecting her first baby in late December. The salesman (I don’t remember his name unfortunately) was very professional and courteous. I told him the chair I wanted, and he helped me get the purchase done in a very efficient and pleasant manner. I gave you the highest rating because it was a very nice experience from start to finish, and I will definitely recommend Bernie and Phyl’s to my friends!
I was very satisfied with my recent visit and purchase ! The thing that was most impressive to me was my sales person Kamel! He was very knowledgeable about the many furniture and finance options! However his patience with my inability to make a decision about fabric, style etc was exceptional! He went above and beyond the realm of “salesperson” to help me complete my purchase!!
Chris was attentive and personable. I wasn’t going to purchase the furniture protection but after having said no and listening to Chris explain the product (in a non pushy sales way) I opted for purchasing the protection for peace of mind. Even though this was a straight forward transaction, as I already knew what I wanted to purchase before going into the store. Chris worked hard for my business and ensured that I was engaged and happy with both the product and service I was receiving. He is a top notch salesman!
