We always have a good experience at the store. Helpful salespeople, knowledgeable, offer suggestions and best of all no pressure to buy. We always go to them for furniture and will continue to do so.
Dave our salesperson was amazing patient and flexible and very accommodating I would suggest that you should consider "empowering" your sales team to make and offer discounts rather than pull "I have to check with the Manager" it takes away from the overall experience and makes it then feel that you are at a car dealership. Just a thought for consideration.
