First off.... I have to say.... apparently this is the first time this has ever happened. I ordered a leather sofa & love seat and the order got canceled. When the manager realized this.... he made it his concern to rectify the situation! They did everything in their power to redeem the situation!

Salesman Mike Peters was very efficient and Knowledgable. Delivery dept called as we were Told they would to give us a time frame. Delivery Driver called within that window and said he would Arrive in twenty minutes which he did. All wrapping And cardboard was removed. Very efficiently done!
