SALES PERSON WAS PLEASANT AND NOT PUSHY. GAVE US OPTION TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND CALL BACK TO PLACE ORDER.
Salesman was very nice and got the mgr to honor the 15% off because we were in the store last week but couldnt get back before Sunday.
Ordered dining set for pick up. Really impressed by how well the items were packaged and how clear the instructions were. I know this set will last for many years!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Bernie & Phyl's! We ordered a queen adjustable bed. After sleeping in it for almost 90 days my hubby and I decided we needed a split king due to our drastically different sleep preferences. Hubby called in and spoke with Diane. Bing, bang boom it was as easy as that. They're coming to take the first bed back and drop of our split king. We had a wonderful experience and will not hesitate to go back when it's time to update our living room.
They deliver on what they promise..
