Everyone was very friendly and helpful. No one was pushy at all.
Great sales and delivery staff
The store had a great variety of items, well laid-out. The staff were accommodating. Our salesperson, Annemarie, was great at making it happen.
We shopped at the competition,felt no pressure and they didn’t feel the need to lie to get the sale,like the furniture store. Highly recommend
Lots of furniture to pick from. Attentive but not pushy sales person.
We liked the selection, but especially liked our salesperson, Melissa. She was informative, knowledgeable and did not pressure us. She gave opinions when asked but again, did not pressure us into a purchase. We did end up purchasing a recliner with her help and guidance. We are looking forward to our new chair's arrival.

I have had nothing but a great experience. I have worked with John in the South Portland store all four times I have gone in there to buy. The delivery process is seamless as well. I get phone call reminders prior to as well as email. The quality of the furniture is good so far. I have loved my experiences as Bernie and Phyl’s!!
