We were unhappy with the furniture we recently purchased we found it very uncomfortable. We called Bernie & Phyl’s and spoke to Jenna who was absolutely wonderful, we had the furniture less than 7 days she said they want their customers to be completely satisfied so we discussed options. So we decided to return the recliner set and purchase a different set. Between Jenna and our salesman Chris our experience was wonderful.
