Everyone was accommodating without being overbearing like some furniture stores we have visited. Kevin was quite pleasant and knowledgeable. Looking forward to doing more business here in the future.
Best place to buy quality furniture with plenty of selections and courteous staff.
Beth was far beyond helpful. She went well beyond service. She also solicited one girl at the desk while we were hunting down a coffee table. This girl was also quite helpful. I have no hesitation in retiring Bernie and Phyls. Thank you for a wonderful expert.
I love the furniture, high quality and excellent service
We needed to buy a new bed for our guest room and a mattress for our bedroom. Kim Ahearn was our sleep specialist who took the time to meet our needs and select two mattresses that fully met our needs. The delivery was on the following day as scheduled. The delivery crew was prompt efficient and experienced in delivering, setup and removal. I would recommend Bernie and Phyllis and plan to purchase again for our furniture and bedding needs.
Very helpful salesperson, was available without hovering, wasn't immediately attacked by a gaggle of commissioned sales people like at a certain other furniture store. Quality goods, selection goods, we bought, so you win!
Great selection. Justin, our salesperson, in the Newington NH store was extremely helpful. Pleasant to deal with and had our best interest in mind when looking at different colors and patterns that would be most ideal for us. He was quick to assist with measurements and provide us with specifications and warranty information. No pressure setting- which is always a plus. We don’t have the sectional yet- hoping we will be just as happy with the actual piece when it arrives in a few weeks.
While the site isn’t my favorite because you can’t sort by size and I needed a specific size, the showroom in Braintree was great. Anthony G. helped me pick out the perfect furniture to fit in my small living room. I was worried about it not fitting through the door but Anthony had his tape measure ready so that I could feel at easy knowing I could get my furniture in my apartment. We had a wonderful experience with Philip in the mattress department! He took his time with us and was very knowledgeable about the products! His service was top notch and we are looking forward to the delivery of our new mattress!!!
