The vest customer service!
The furniture is beautiful. I love it. One problem the bed is too high for me and hopefully that will be resolved on Thursday. I am an 80 year old lady who walks with the help of a cane and can not climb into the bed. They are replacing the foundation to make it lower for me.
We were very pleased with the professionalism, relaxed, no pressure approach to sales that we we experienced. We would shop there again and tell our friends and family.
I am a very picky person and visited many furniture stores (Jordan’s, bobs discount, Ashley’s Furniture, NH furniture direct etc.) I was treated as a valued customer and a priority by Scott. He assisted me finding the perfect couch for my home. He was patient when asking a million questions and make sure the entire process went smoothly. This was the second mattress I had purchased this month. I saw John again and he is awesome. I also purchased a bed for my daughter the sales person was extremely nicie. We are hosting Christmas had a lazy boy couch parts are guaranteed for life of product however not labor. We got the parts only to discover when we had an issue last time with the couch and paid lazy boy to come out they stripped all the screws. Mike was awesome we said we need a couch that is in stock and to have it delivered by Christmas. He showed us the couches answered our questions and today is Monday the couch was delivered and set up before 8AM this morning. Totally making my Christmas Merry!!
Great customer service!
Went in to the store in Portland during a snowstorm! A saleswoman helped me immediately pick a recliner for my husband for Christmas. I was in and out within 20 mins and had delivery set up in time to surprise him with it! Thank you! Kennebunk, ME
We've had a good experience working with Paul Holton at the B&P in Westborough. He was quick to recognize the style of furniture that we wanted and was able to show us several options.
