Received exceptional service from Susan in the South Portland store.
Easy navigation of website which allowed for easy comparisons to other furniture stores. Delivery was prompt and movers were very professional. The sales staff were excellent and did not pressure you to make a sale. I have previously bought from Bernie & Phyl's and will continue to do so in the future.
Our sales person Chris Bernardini was absolutely great. No pressure answered all the questions we asked. Not once did he pressure us to purchase anything other than what we wanted. I would deffinently refer him to our friends and family. Now waiting delivery on the day we asked for. Hopefully we will have no issues. Thank you Chris Bernardini
Great selection of furniture... friendly, informative, helpful people.... bought a couch, recliner, mattress late one afternoon and it was delivered early the next morning by professional, efficient, very nice guys...terrific experience all around...

We had a very good sales Associate that was very helpful. After our visit and ordering our living room set I was contacted from sales person via E-mail to check in and thank us for shopping at B&Ps . Also I noticed that we needed to make changes to the arm orientation of set we ordered, our sale person was very helpful to get it redone . The delivery was good.
Perfect and easy all the way.
