Excellent customer service
This is the second time we purchased major furniture sets from B&P in Braintree location. We chose to go back because our first experience was great. We were very happy second time as well. The sales people are very helpful and not pushy. They give you all the necessary information for you to make a decision but also leave you alone to explore on your own and take time. I think sales people at B&P are what really make them great. I will definitely go back.
Always our first choice for furniture shopping. Huge selection at affordable prices. The staff is extremely helpful and even their delivery drivers go out of their way to please you. Doesn't matter which store we shop in, the experience is always the same. Great job!!

Great experience
Shopping at Bernie & Phil’s was a great experience. We were greeted very soon after we entered the store and our Sales Rep was wonderful. He asked questions to help narrow our focus and was extremely patient we tried out the recliners that met our criteria. He was so kind and knowledgeable. We were able to get info on quality and comfort that assures me that my son will be able to enjoy this chair for many years. We had received a credit for a previous mattress and purchased a new Hybrid Mattress from Bernie & Phyl's . Paul ( sales associate) was extremely helpful in making this purchase.
