I can not say enough great things about Stacie! I was completely overwhelmed when I started planning our family’s trip to Disney and Universal, but she walked us through everything! Stacy Milburn was incredible help when booking our large family cruise through NCL. She helped when prices changed, working to get us the best deal possible. Answered all my questions quickly and found the answer when she didn't know specifically. She had special things waiting for us in our rooms when we arrived, that was a nice treat! Highly recommend this service. We had an almost two week agenda to include flights, car rentals, a cruise, transport to the parks, a transfer from one resort hotel to another (per my request) and then transportation back to MCO. In all of the above mentioned ins and outs, we had a wedding on Christmas and were in Fisney parks for New Years with only 2-3 months to plan but, Sarah made it happen. I just wanted to say Chelsey Donovan was the greatest travel agent. She accommodated all 8 rooms for are family of 28 . Aunts, uncles, Gand children and great children . She helped with hotel reservation and tickets for the different parks at Disneyland. She informed us about special occasions so that are family members would get buttons to be recognized and felt special everyday at the parks we went to. Best Day Ever Vacation is appropriately named. Response Time: The response time to my many questions was excellent. Tips: Their tips saved our vacation. The information on Lightening Lanes; assistance in purchasing the tickets and booking restaurant reservations were very useful. Although we were directed to the Disney app and could have booked the passes and restaurants, the process on our own was overwhelming. Thanks to our agent Morgan Jones, we had a very smooth vacation.
