Josh was an absolute mensch! As nice as Grandpa Gohan! He shared his knowledge and expertise by asking us all the right questions to help suit our mattress needs. We picked out a bed in less than 30 minutes. Awesome service, very professional, highly recommend.

Hated the thought of having to go buy a new mattress, being hassled by an overeager salesperson trying to upsell me. It couldn't have been a better experience! I walked in the door, promptly greeted by a lovely young woman, Anjol - I announced what I was looking for, and when I needed it and she set about showing the models that fit my desires. Smooth and quick experience. I must of been out of the store within 20 minutes. The sales associate and manager were helpful and friendly. I got a great queen mattress for a reasonable price to put in the quest bedroom. See, I want my guests to be comfortable enough to have a pleasant stay but not TOO comfortable where they want to stay longer or come back again too quickly ;) I'm not sure if I accomplished that with this purchase because the Sealy mattress I purchased was pretty damn comfy. It was time to replace my Mattress and we couldn't decide if we were going to Best Mattress or Mattress Firm. Best Mattress won and I'm glad it did. We were not pressured at all when we walked in the door just greeted with a smile from the sales lady. Her name alludes me. (Forgive me). I liked that this store was small and didn't overwhelm me with inventory. Although this is a small store they have the name brands. I'll admit, I was skeptical going in since I don't usually go shopping for a mattress and I didn't except the kinda service that I was provided when I first entered. Josh greeted me and I was pleasantly surprised that all the positive reviews I read were true. He was kind and considerate of what I was looking for and helped strike a deal with me on the whole set. I advise anyone looking for a mattress to go here to see him, so you too can experience the same exceptional service that I was provided.

My niece and I stopped in Best Mattress to buy a new mattress for her bed. Josh met us at the door with a very friendly greeting and immediately assessed her needs. He took his time in explaining the differences in the mattresses and had her try out mattresses he thought she would enjoy. It's been a little over a month since we purchased our mattress from Anjoly @ Best Mattress. We wanted to sleep on it and test it before commenting on anything. We are comparison shoppers and we go to different stores to see different products and different deals ontop of customer service before making any decision. We planned on spending $500-$800 on a temporary, but decent mattress to sleep on before we buy our house in the future. Then we would get a great mattress that we really wanted.
