Customer service is A+. We had such a great experience with Josh! I walked in only wanting to get a new bed frame, and ended up purchasing an entire new practically top of the line bed from him. Josh was very personable, and it felt like we were talking to one of our best friends. He was extremely knowledgeable about his products, but at the same time wasn't pushy to make me buy an expensive bed. Went to Best Mattress this afternoon with my boyfriend to check out mattress, of course. We had no intentions of purchasing a mattress. We just wanted to check them out and see what's out there. We spoke with Anjoly and Josh who were very welcoming up entry. They assisted us in finding the right mattress for both our sleeping needs. I needed a new mattress and wanted to browse around to find a good deal. And hands down this place gave me the best deal. Angelique was awesome so knowledgeable and super friendly. Defiantly will recommend this place to anyone who's in the hunt of a new mattress. Can't wait to have it delivered and start sleeping in a great bed.

Went into this location and immediately was greeted. That means everything to me because a lot of places lack customer service.The wonderful young lady who helped us was very helpful and very nice. After days of riding around the town looking for furniture, I was very pleased to have stopped at this store and find what we were looking for with the help of the consultant within 5 mins of being there. I would definitely revisit and spend my money there again.
