Dave, the store manager was a real pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable, and not pushy. Our drivers showed up on time, were very efficient setting up the bed. They were polite and made sure we were happy before leaving. Good experience.

Best Mattress was the 4th and final store in a long day of mattress shopping. I had done some web research and knew beforehand that they had the best Fourth of July sale so I saved this store for last, given I like to comparison shop. I can honestly say that Dave was a ray of light in this shopping experience. My mom (who I was getting the mattress for) and I were tired and a bit cranky from the shopping and Dave didn't try to sell us something we couldn't afford (which happened in EVERY other store). I had a really great experience at the Best Mattress store on "Stephanie" and Henderson is a fantastic caring informed wonderful salesman named David Price please don't get this location confused with the one up the street on warm Springs they do not keep their word and will lie just to get your money you don't need sales people like that. When you come here for a bed be sure to call Sue and be sure she is in. She is wonderful. She is full of knowledge on the products she sells and knows the competition as well. We had been to 3 stores before coming here. We learned a little bit from each stop and Sue was the one who closed the deal. I was not planning on making a purchase today, but did. I was dead set against a bed frame until she demoed the adjustable frame. My back pain was gone instantly. Thank you for a fantastic experience Sue.

I was shopping for a mattress and box springs for my king bed. After stopping in a couple of mattress stores in Henderson and walking out after getting pressured I found myself at this Best Mattress location. Sue took the time with me to make sure I got the right match for my needs and was so patient despite my indecision. I needed a box spring for a king mattress my mother in law gave me for our extra bedroom. I went in and spoke with Sue. She gave me a great price but I wanted to discuss it with my husband when he got back in town. She told me I'd need to pick it up at the warehouse so to save me a trip back to her store I could just call and she'd set it all up for me over the phone. Went there today to look at tempurpedic mattresses. We were lucky to have met Sue and she was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and made sure she gave us the best deal. All of her previous reviews were accurate. Not pushy at all and knows a lot about mattresses and comfort. We purchased the mattress with her!

Sue was great help we came in July we, picked out a mattress on her day off got it home it was to high and to hard went back to the store and Sue fixed us up with the right bed thank you, also the delivery folks were great help fix the frame good place to buy a bed

Sue was so helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable on everything we needed. If we needed anything she was so quick to help, not your normal pushy salesman. She just gave you all the information and let you decide. We will come back here just to deal with her!
