I was told that if I didn't like my mattress, I could exchange it within 30 days. The mattress arrived and immediately I noticed it felt COMPLETELY different and stiffer from the one I tried. I cannot believe I have to pay 20% of the mattress price and an $80 fee just to return this stiff mattress I got from here. And the thing is I'm still going to do it because if I do and get a whole other mattress elsewhere, I am still going to save money. DO NOT go here, save yourself the time and money

So, clearly, Dave needs to come back to this store and fix whatever issues they currently have with their lack of customer service.
