We started off having dinner and just happened to walk in. Sue is great, very friendly and helpful all the while being professional. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted, I finally got my king size bed I've been nagging for, and one month later we are still very happy. I usually don't do reviews for places other than restaurants (I love my food lol ) but Sue was excellent! We went there yesterday to browse around. I like that she's not pushy at all! She basically only give you the information that you want for the mattress you're thinking of purchasing. We weren't sure what we want but the demo on Tempur Pedic was quite amazing (can't describe with words, just have to experience the "zero gravity" yourselves!!). Josh Charlson has amazing customer service; not only was he extremely easy to talk to but you could tell he genuinely wanted to get to know his customers and help them get the best mattress for them. My wife and I just stopped in to browse, with the intent of getting some prices for comparison. Josh was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable (and patient), and we ended up purchasing a mattress from him that day, for what I believe was a good price (I checked other places later, on-line). I won't hesitate to go back if we need to replace another mattress in the house.

Today we stopped in to best mattress to just browse at mattresses... Josh greeted us and struck up a conversation right away. He showed us different comfort levels and price ranges. He worked with our budget and gave us a nice deal. Our mattress is scheduled for delivery In a week and we can't wait!
We were interested in a King size mattress and were unsure about the different types, traditional and tempurpedic. Josh took the time to explain each type. I had concerns about the tempurpedic being hot. We were shown the interior materials and how they reacted to heat. I've been looking for a mattress and was having a hard time finding the right one. All of the other places I went to everyone was pressuring me to buy the most expensive beds without taking into consideration of what I wanted. The manager, Josh, was awesome! He was very personable and made sure I was comfortable. He definitely listens to what you want. I would definitely recommend Best Mattress on Stephanie. Make sure you get Josh, if you can. :)
DO NOT SHOP AT BEST MATTRESS. This place will take your money!! I went with a mattress here and in total spent almost 5K. I was told that if I didn't like my mattress, I could exchange it within 30 days. The mattress arrived and immediately I noticed it felt COMPLETELY different and stiffer from the one I tried. I bought the matching protector with it, but after a couple weeks I was too uncomfortable and decided to exchange it with a similar mattress.
