Doctor Tapscott and all of the staff at Best Pets are extremely caring and helpful. We have had nothing but great experiences with everyone we had any interaction with either in person or on the phone. Our first visit was today and everyone there was amazing. They took the time to explain things and listened to our concerns. It's the first time a vet (and their staff) has taken the time to do this with us. I felt like they really cared about our dogs. I highly recommend them!
