RecommendedNormally I'm not one to write reviews. But this place is amazing! After taking such good care of my dog on Monday I got a call today to follow up to see how she was feeling! She only got a shot! Plus they helped out with her dry and flaky winter skin and told me to follow up to let me know how things go. They are so caring and amazing!
I highly recommend BEST PETS. They truly care for your pets. As a animal lover and in the business of caring for animals, I wouldn't go any where else. My babies are in the best care at BEST PETS. The staff is amazing.
I moved to Tewksbury after having the same Vet for over 20yrs! Change is hard. Dr. Tapscott and her entire staff took such good care of my Madison! I’m so glad I found them, sadly Madison. Crossed the bridge 3/10/17. That day solidified my love for all at Best Pets the compassion from everyone was truest amazing! Since Madison crossed the bridge Dr. Tapscott and her team have also cared for our Dobermans! We have had to put two down. I have two yorkies who are patients of Dr. Tapscott. She has always taken fabulous care of them, she is very thorough and truly cares about them-the money is secondary unlike some other vets I will not mention here. Case in point - when my Ellimae was sick from throwing up this Dr. saw her on a Sunday HER DAY OFF when she was at the facility catching up on paperwork.
