RecommendedWe just visited Best Pets and my 10 year old dog was diagnosed with Addisons Disease. I feel Dr.Heidi went above and beyond to get this diagnosis and treatment started ASAP. She helped us understand how to manage his condition and made us feel much better and comfortable going forward. Thanks to the staff for calling and checking up on Sparkey!!! You are all the best! I work in the "human" medical field and this type of attention is sadly not always the case.

Normally I'm not one to write reviews. But this place is amazing! After taking such good care of my dog on Monday I got a call today to follow up to see how she was feeling! She only got a shot! Plus they helped out with her dry and flaky winter skin and told me to follow up to let me know how things go. They are so caring and amazing!
I highly recommend BEST PETS. They truly care for your pets. As a animal lover and in the business of caring for animals, I wouldn't go any where else. My babies are in the best care at BEST PETS. The staff is amazing.
I moved to Tewksbury after having the same Vet for over 20yrs! Change is hard. Dr. Tapscott and her entire staff took such good care of my Madison! I’m so glad I found them, sadly Madison. Crossed the bridge 3/10/17. That day solidified my love for all at Best Pets the compassion from everyone was truest amazing! Since Madison crossed the bridge Dr. Tapscott and her team have also cared for our Dobermans! We have had to put two down.
