Bruce and Lee were very helpful during the entire process of home selling. They were present and fulfilled their duties whenever the requests were made. Very reliable people who respond promptly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in selling/buying a real estate. They will guide you through the processes that you may have never experienced and will approach to you with a positive attitude.
Lee and Bruce Parker were incredibly helpful in assisting me with selling my house. While we weren't able to close on the deal, they always kept my best interest at heart and prevented me from agreeing to a sale that would've been a disaster to agree to. I highly recommend them as a great resource and team to work with for anything related to the real estate market in New Brunswick.
It was a pleasure working with Bruce & Lee. They made the process seamless and were very knowledgeable. They made sure that all inspections required by the county were scheduled & that everything was in place to these inspections. Bruce and Lee Parker are the best agents I've ever had. It was a challenging sale but Bruce and Lee's expertise made me feel like I was in the very best hands at all times. Lots of great suggestions for showing the property (which they implemented for us without us lifting a finger) and excellent pricing strategies. Always proactive. bruce and his associates helped with negotiations through the whole process. he helped with inspections, and inspectors. he was able to recommend contractors to help with mediating final contract.
Bruce and his wife, Lee, make an excellent team. My wife and I looked at house for over a year with their help. They were very patient and very thorough. They know the ins and outs of all of Middlesex county (and more) and were an a great resource. They helped us through our first home purchase from start to finish, and I could not have asked for more from them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area who is in need of experienced realtors.
