I highly recommend Bruce Parker of ReMax Highland Park New Jersey. I live in Oregon and he helped me sell my Father’s house in NJ. The house actually had a buyer 2 weeks after he listed it, which was amazing. He recommended someone who could help me get the house cleaned out which was no easy task; my parents lived in that house for 68 years. His office helped me with getting permits, having repairs done and getting the CO. I couldn’t have asked more, they were professional and knowledgeable and always willing to help.
