Buying a house is one of the most stressful times in your life. Bruce made the experience so easy with knowing our needs/wants & budget upfront. We looked at a total of five houses over one weekend and put an offer in on one immediately. With quick negotiations, we got the house we wanted within hours!

This is my first time dealing with Bruce Parker, in my opinion, by far, he's the most knowledgeable and honest real estate professional I have dealt with. All questions answered, nothing held back. I am very happy that Bruce is able to show me the houses I am looking for in the Old Bridge section of NJ, quickly answers my calls, and always addressed any concerns in question. He's like a human computer, knows everything about the houses, the neighborhood, the school systems, and where to chill out.
I found out Bruce is very well respected in the field. I found Bruce had become like a friend who was working for me!! A new law was enacted in Edison (for rentals) and Bruce found out about it with me and he did all that he could to make my life easier without compromising the situation. The law was followed and it all worked out. His advice was right on and I am happy to have Bruce as my contact and my agent and would recommend him.
Bruce and his office was very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process. For me, communication is key, and I never wondered what was going on or needed to reach out to Bruce to find out. He always kept me "in the loop" and it was appreciated. He is an expert in the Real Estate market for Highland Park, New Brunswick, and the immediate area. I highly recommend him.

Bruce was an excellent help in locating us with exactly what we were looking for. My family and I were looking for a empty lot in a specific area and Bruce knew just where to find it. He was also very attentive to our needs and concerns, didn't try to force us into just anything. We are ecstatic with our new lot and can not wait to start building our new home.
