Graves fallas en el mantenimiento y limpieza del hotel. No tiene confor, una habitación olía a tabaco. Su olor en habitaciones no es agradable. La atención en el from y restaurante, excelente. Bad Very unclean. There was hair in the shower and the walls. The room walls were marked up. When I cut the air off in the room, there was a faint urine smell! There were nearby restaurants

Wouldn’t stay again. Too noisy. I had to clean my own room because of Covid they claimed..... No! Thin walls you can hear EVERYTHING from room to room. Very noisy. Towels were so small lol they weren’t body size towels. Wash clothes were super hard. There was old blood stains on our box spring and curtains. The bathroom needed to be caulked in the tub area.... just wasn’t my kind of hotel and certainly wasn’t like pictured online. The a/c worked....

Unacceptable Unsafe, carpets smelled like mold. Called the police and made a report. The staff denied giving the officer an incident report. That’s all I will say. Don’t stay here

Bad An extra $ 200 was deducted from my account ... and when I inquired, they said that they found dirty covers at the door of my room ... Disappointing The location The room had no towels, there was one pillow on the bed. We couldn’t get another pillow... the shower was dirty. The TV had one channel- and did not work well. All in all the room was not very clean, we had no towels, no pillows, and I was just not satisfied
