Decent Could of been a little cleaner in the rooms but like I said not the worst iv ever seen Wouldn’t say it’s the worst but definitely wouldn’t say it’s the best.

Bad Contact booking.com they're a pack of Thieves booking you know that 27th of February in 28th of February they took double payments from me cash and they booked me as well and took it off my credit card Best Western Premier 4100 Flagler Street Miami Florida the staff there are a bunch of Thieves Kelly she's the main Thief she stole from me charge me for beverages I never got said it was for a minute he's that's why she needed my credit card she charge me from booking and she charged me cash for the 27th and 28th the prope... read more

We had dirty sheets. Dirty towels. Fridge didn’t work. I paid to stay but had to pay extra to park on site. Complete rip Everything. Nothing other than the view from the 7th floor.

Uncomfortable and dirty. The pool area was very dirty with trash everywhere and there were no towels. We only got 1 pillow each and when we called to ask for more they said they were out. The hallways were filthy and needed vacuumed and the elevator floors were so sticky that each time I walked in them, my sandals came off. The fridge in our room was also dirty and when we woke up, everything was frozen that we bought to put in it. Definitely won't be staying here again.

WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! There was prostitution going on at this place, multiple people smoking were around the property! I had to roll up wet towels around the doors at my room to keep the Marijuana smoke from entering my room, my son has asthma and was wheezing! The staff let the people do whatever they wanted. There was men walking through the lobby with Liquor bottles and shirts off. i did hear a staff member tell him to put one on. This was literally the WORST hotel i have ever experienced. i like the location

The pillows had dirt on them. When asked for new ones they said “we don’t have any we have to find s The pillows had dirt on them. When asked for new ones they said “we don’t have any we have to find some and then you come get them” I told them NO you’re going to get clean ones and bring them to my room please. Then they only gave us 1 set of towels and rags and wouldn’t give us more for 2 days and told us we had to come get them again... THE GHETTO! Then they charge you $12 a day to park!!! Horrible!
