Betsy was very helpful. We worked with Betsy for pre-approval of a mortgage and then eventually to get a mortgage at the rate we were looking for. Obtaining a mortgage requires significant amount of documentation and can be confusing and frustrating. She helped facilitate the process and even came to our house to pick up documents. To be fair, the process happened during Covid. That being said, we were often confused by what the under writers needed. Maybe clear lists with exact descriptions would have helped.
