I feel like since being first time home buyers we were' prepped or prepared for the process or knowledgeable about the in's and out's about each every step.. I mean we received articles to read but I would have preferred in person meetings or phone calls. Betsy and her staff are very nice people and were very pleasant to work with, but their responsiveness to our questions and their communication with us was very subpar. I realize they were trying to process a lot of refinances and new mortgages because of the good interest rates, but sometimes it would take a while to get a question answered. And even then the answer wouldn't necessarily address our question. I sent emails with multiple questions and would only get an answer to one of them.
