They also forgot to hook back up the stock shift indicator light. These things caused an extra two weeks! They had our car for a month! 5 Star : Customer Service Polite

The communication was lacking- I waited 2 weeks to hear back on a date for work, and when I called, the parts had not been ordered. When I left after my initial inquiry, I asked, "What happens next?" And the reply was, "We will call you." That did not happen 5 Star : Customer Service The repair itself looks great.

The paint scratches on the front grill and bumper was never fixed and my truck had the black out package and the grill that was replaced with has the red z71 and it should be the black z71 grill ! 2.5 Star : Customer Service 0 Star : Returned Clean

They wrote it done to be done, however this was not done. Also when I picked it up a low tire light was on for a tire that the rim had been changed on as part of the body work. I assume this is the typical interaction with a dealership. However it took an extremely long time and we didn’t receive even a single update unless we called. Also took an extra 3 day to complete from what I was told.
