Issue was solved quickly but I think the service team could improve with communication. When I dropped my car off I was told I'd hear an update by end of day - I didn't. When I called back the next day, there was some confusion about what needed to be fixed and when my car would be available for pick up. At the end of the day I am pleased with the service but I had to do the legwork to understand what was going on.

Great service department, they get it right.
Suppose to got a complimentary car wash, which they did but my car was still dirty. Water spots and dirt all around the car. Other then that great Factory Maintenance Service!
