I brought my KIA optima for 15000 mile Service. My experience with this KIA dealership was excellent. While I waited they performed all the work and washed the car including inside cleaning. The staff was very courteous and attentive to my needs.
Dealer has been very diligent. Only problem was the posting for the specific car I wanted was "live" before the car arrived at the dealership.
The service I receive from Don Beyer in Falls Church is always excellent, top notch. Sean, a new service advisor, discussed the options necessary for achieving cleaner air in the cabin of our XC-60. Within the few hours that the car was in the shop, everything was completed to my satisfaction. We had made reservations for a loaner, and a nearly-new XC-60 was provided for the day and returned the next. I rate Don Beyer Volvo a 5 Star Dealership.
