My experience at DB could not have been better. John Schmeid was my service consultant and a more professional articulate and honest rep could not be found. Having your Volvo serviced by a dealer was not the fabled horror story of endless expensive and fruitless diagnostic surgeries, but a valuable assessment far less expensive than our local oil change shop would charge. I am now a lifelong member of the Don Beyer club. A truly superior operation I highly recommend. Dont fear the Beyer.

Service is as usual well done and as represented. Prices as with most repair facilities is not cheap but the estimated price provided at drop off was same when car was picked up.
Friendly and efficient service, clean and comfortable waiting area, and my car was ready ten minutes before I had been told it would be.
