Great place. It's one of the best Kia service departments I've been to. Oliver Mermer, one of the service advisors at Kia, always kept me up to date regarding my warranty and the process of my 2013 Kia Optima SXL. I highly recommend Beyer Kia.
Outstanding service and communication. I passed two other dealers in order to do service here, and it was worth it. My service advisor, Craig Izes, is the best, and would refer anyone to him.
They were able to find the problem and tighten up loose parts.
