I brought my car in for its 15,000 mile service, which was completed while I waited in the lounge. As always, everything was explained to me before the work was done and again when it was completed.
I was able to have the tires rotated without an appointment before a trip. I didn't wait very long, and the car was washed and vacuumed when I got it back.
