Great service! Knowledgeable & pleasant staff.
Service itself was good. However, scheduling was difficult. Service manager never called me back and when I did get an appointment by going over to the shop, I was unable to get a loaner as they were only scheduling loaners for service that took more than one day.
Always easy to work with and explains the process.

The service was fine. I was a little disappointed by the wait area. Low selections of complimentary breakfast food Low selection of comfortable seating for a person waiting 2-4 hours (person sleeping/snoring on the couch in the wait room) Seating at work tables signage confusing Prior to my vehicle purchase with Beyer, I had an XC90 which was maintenanced by Annapolis Volvo.
