The sales associate was very, very knowledgeable about the car's features. He said multiple times that he was available to answer questions: before the purchase, during the purchase decision, and after the purchase. He is a walking manual for the car. The senior manager checked with me to ensure I was satisfied with my choice and asked if I was comfortable with everything. The financial manager was patient while I reviewed the packages available and explained them to me each time I requested 3-4
Professional staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Never pushy and let me have the time I needed to explore the car through test drive and inspection.

Easy process and lack of pushiness by salesman over at Beyer Volvo. Went over the optional upgrades at purchase, but again, didn't feel pushy. Got to test drive the vehicle a few times, and then the buying process took very little time. Great experience, glad these folks are nearby.
Don better Volvo service is one of the best. They are professional and keep me up to date about my car. The cost is comparable to other shops.
