Car repaired on the schedule I was given at the start, and the repair cost less than the estimate. Car returned sparkling clean. Elijah Bowers, my service representative, explained the cauae of the needed repair. NO surprises ( surprises are bad) except that the bill was less than estimated -- an excellent and welcome surprise!

My loaner was ready and waiting when I arrived. I was kept informed of my cars progress during 80K service. And, received a phone call when my car was ready. Everyone I interacted with was professional, polite and efficient.
