Excellent service at Don Beyer for my 2013 Volvo C-70. Thorough and efficient, no problems with their process. First time using Don Beyer, after this, I will always go there. Was pleased that they paid CarFax for a history of my car's service from day one. One issue with CarFax report -- indicating that service on my brakes is overdue -- I called Don Beyer, and they confirmed that my brakes were checked yesterday and no issues to report.
Dealership installed required software update and vehicle inspection in less than an hour. The original time estimate was 2 hours.
