Beyer let me know that I was due for a visit and I was able to schedule it conveniently. They quoted a price for the work and a very reasonable amount for a wiper blade on the back of the car. The cost for the work was as quoted and I spent some time exploring the stores across the street while my car was being done. My advisor kept me advised of the progress and I was able to sit down for a cup of coffee while I waited the last 15 minutes.
