Beyer Kia has been a great service experience so far. This was my third appointment for both normal service and recalls on my vehicle. Each time they have completed service in under the time quoted and Mike and the other guys have been great. Service waiting area is also nice with little nooks and the Wi-Fi is great for getting work done during appointment. Car wash and vacuum also a nice touch.

It took a long long time for them to service my car when I dropped it off in the morning.
I needed some body work done after my car was stolen and they were supposed to coordinate that and they didn't . Otherwize Oliver was great. He let me keep my car there for an extended so I could pay the deductible. He went above and beyond the call of duty.
