Overall excellent experience at BEYER KIA for my recent service on a new Telluride. They had me in/out in about an hour and I received text messages updates and regular communication from the staff throughout. Service was excellent, as usual, but extremely expensive. They did a lot, though, even replaced two tires. The car is in impecable condition and its value is certainly much more than your estimate of $16,000,. Besides it has less than 50,000 miles.
