Very efficient, quick and service writer kept me informed on progress of service and explained what was done and any thing I needed to be aware of.
Great people at Beyer's company, although the service is pricey. I question the reliance on CARMAX to schedule service appointments. In the last instance, they called for tire rotation on a car with less than 3,000 miles.
