Great communication and excellent service. Tiffany back at the office and the young man who picked up and dropped off my car were both a pleasure to work with.
The rough start finally occurred in the shop and could be properly diagnosed. Involved an incredibly expensive repair of a gasket at a machine shop. However, Beyer Volvo provided a luxury loaner and Sean was helpful and professional. The car is running vey well now.Not bad for a 13 year-old car that sat for a while during the pandemic.
Quick prompt service. Was able to identify the electrical issue was not a fault of the car, but an external party's obd2 tracking device causing interference with the car's sensors.
I always feel like I am in safe hands at Beyer KIA.
